Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your shop items, you may return them within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
